A well-established strategic branding and creative agency is seeking a hands-on Demand Marketer to help drive its next stage of expansion. You'll take ownership of demand generation and marketing activity â planning and running lead generation campaigns, creating compelling content, building engagement with key prospects, and supporting brand visibility through digital channels and events. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling reach and momentum. This role offers a balance of strategic influence and handsâon delivery â perfect for someone from a B2B background (either agency or inâhouse) who values flexibility, creativity, and impact.
Description
Reporting directly to the leadership team, you'll take ownership of the agency's marketing and growth initiatives. You'll develop and execute multiâchannel campaigns to increase inbound opportunities, strengthen the brand presence, and support business development objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns to reach target audiences
- Create and coordinate highâquality content, from case studies to email campaigns
- Manage outreach via LinkedIn and email using modern marketing tools
- Coordinate advertising and paid social activity (primarily LinkedIn)
- Support marketingâled events such as webinars, roundtables, and small inâperson sessions
- Develop and test automation workflows for nurturing and followâup
- Track performance data and provide insights to refine marketing efforts
- Maintain CRM accuracy and support the alignment of marketing and sales activity
Experience
You're an experienced marketing professional who combines creativity with analytical thinking. You thrive in fastâpaced, collaborative environments and are confident managing campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Experience in paid media for lead generation
- Proven experience in planning and delivering B2B marketing campaigns
- Handsâon experience with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or Mailchimp
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience coordinating small events or marketing activations
- A proactive, organised, and selfâdriven approach
- A collaborative mindset and values grounded in creativity and clarity
Remuneration
Partâtime, 3 days per week (1 day in the office/2 remote). Available on either a permanent basis or a 6â12 month FTC initially.
