Description

Working closely with Account Management and senior creative leadership, the successful candidate will take ownership of projects from concept through to completion. Projects will include branding, integrated campaigns, digital design, and website design work. This role would suit a designer who enjoys balancing creativity with strategic thinking and who is comfortable working across multiple projects within a fast-paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing creative concepts and delivering high-quality design solutions
  • Managing projects from initial brief through to final execution
  • Producing branding, campaign, and digital design work across multiple channels
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet objectives, timelines, and budgets
  • Contributing ideas and creative thinking within the wider studio team
  • Maintaining exceptional attention to detail and brand consistency

Experience

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills
  • Proven experience in branding, campaign design, and website design
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and design rationale
  • Experience working within an agency or fast-paced commercial environment
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • The ability to work independently with minimal creative direction
  • A positive, collaborative, and proactive approach
  • Experience with wireframing and digital campaign design would be advantageous.
