Description
As Head of Performance Marketing you'll be pivotal in shaping a marketing strategy that both drives short term performance and supports long term brand development and reputation.
A strategic thinker who is driven by data, you'll drive innovation and ensure all marketing activities are aligned with business goals. You'll be able to lead both strategically and operationally, whilst overseeing the execution of integrated campaigns that achieve the company sales targets, whilst also developing long term positioning in the market.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and refining performance marketing strategies across all channels
- Driving customer acquisition and increasing retention
- Budget management and optimisation with oversight of the full marketing budget
- Driving a data first approach to budget planning and marketing investments
- Leading the go-to-market execution of campaigns
- Develop reporting mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities
Experience
To be considered for this position, you'll need to have a proven track record in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within a retail or consumers goods market.
You'll be experienced in:
- digital marketing expertise across PPC, social, CRM, email, affiliates, retargeting
- ideally experience additionally in traditional media channels
- management of multi channel marketing strategies
- excellent commercial acumen
- data driven with a high level of proficiency in Excel and GA4
- confident and experienced in working cross functionally
- exceptional leadership and team development skills
