We are working with a fast-growing, design-led online retailer to recruit a Head of Online Trading into their team. With a loyal customer base across both consumer and trade audiences, the business is now focused on accelerating online growth, optimising performance across channels, and scaling its e-commerce capability.

This role offers full ownership of the online trading function, encompassing strategy, performance, and optimisation. Responsibilities include:
- Driving sustainable online revenue growth through effective trading strategies.
- Leading website optimisation, conversion rate improvement, and multichannel expansion.
- Managing internal teams and external agencies to ensure commercial objectives are met.
- Delivering clear, data-driven insight and reporting to the Director and Board.
- Setting the agenda for innovative campaigns, testing, and channel development.
Requirements:
- Proven senior experience in online trading, e-commerce, or related fields, with a strong record of driving revenue growth.
- Expertise in merchandising, CRO, A/B testing, website optimisation, and multi-channel performance.
- Strong analytical ability, translating performance data into actionable commercial insight.
- Ideally, experience of scaling new online channels, retail or DTC sector exposure, and advanced analytics proficiency.
Salary: 50-70k depending on experience. Minimum 3 days in the office.
