About the Company
A growing Warwickshire-based agency is seeking a talented PPC & Paid Social Specialist to join their team.
This freelance role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time hours, but candidates must be able to work on-site at the agency’s offices.
Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital advertising campaigns across PPC and Paid Social platforms. Working with a diverse client base, you will play a key role in driving leads, building brand awareness, and delivering measurable ROI.
- Plan, launch, and optimise PPC campaigns
- Develop and manage Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Carry out keyword research, competitor analysis, and precise audience targeting.
- Write compelling ad copy and support with creative campaign assets.
- Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and deliver clear reporting.
- Collaborate with the agency’s close-knit team to achieve client objectives.
Experience
- Proven track record in managing PPC and Paid Social campaigns.
- Proficient with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads (TikTok/Snapchat experience a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Creative ability to craft engaging ad copy and campaign concepts.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Warwickshire (on-site working is essential).
- Open to either part-time or full-time freelance commitments.
Remuneration
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated digital advertising specialist to join a supportive and creative agency environment.
Day rates are dependent upon experience, and longer contract opportunities are available.
