Reporting into the agency Account Director, as Production Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing the production schedule and workflow for a team of designers/animators and a social media manager
  • Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, including video, animation, social campaigns, and print work (flyers, brochures, etc.)
  • Quoting and estimating projects based on briefs
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients to ensure clear communication and confidence throughout projects

We’re looking for someone highly organised, confident in managing teams, commercially aware when quoting work, and comfortable working in a busy agency environment where priorities can shift quickly. You'll need to have agency side experience and a solid understanding of production processes...and be super organised!
