The business is continuing to evolve its customer marketing activity and is looking for a Marketing Executive who enjoys getting into the detail, understanding what is working, and using data and insight to continually improve performance.
Description
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications, you’ll play an important role in the planning, delivery and optimisation of integrated marketing activity.
- You’ll have particular ownership across
- TV and Video on Demand
, while also supporting a wider mix of channels including affiliate, press, radio and PR.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a combination of campaign delivery, agency management, analysis and optimisation.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure activity is delivered effectively, on brand and against agreed commercial KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of targeted TV and Video on Demand campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external media and marketing agencies, ensuring activity is delivered effectively and against agreed KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance and produce regular analysis and reporting, turning data into clear and actionable insight.
- Identify opportunities to test, learn and improve campaign effectiveness and return on marketing investment.
- Monitor competitor activity and share relevant market insight with the wider marketing team.
- Manage the affiliate network and work alongside the affiliate agency to optimise activity, offers and incremental sales.
- Support the management of PR and accreditation budgets.
- Coordinate additional channels such as press and radio when required as part of integrated campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and creative partners to ensure consistent, effective brand messaging.
- Take ownership of activity from planning through to delivery, reporting and optimisation.
Experience
We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in commercial marketing and campaign performance, who is comfortable working across multiple channels and getting into the detail.
You’ll ideally have
- Experience in a generalist or multi-channel marketing role.
- Experience of working with, or managing, external agencies.
- Previous exposure to TV, Video on Demand or other AV campaigns would be highly beneficial.
- A strong analytical mindset and an interest in testing, learning and improving performance.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to take ownership of projects and see them through from planning to delivery.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

3 days per week in Worcestershire, 2 days working from home.
