A long-standing creative agency based in Leicestershire is seeking a talented and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to join their team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, design-led business at a pivotal stage of growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and client engagement.
Description
Reporting directly to the leadership team, you’ll take ownership of the agency’s marketing and growth initiatives. You’ll develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to increase inbound opportunities, strengthen the brand presence, and support business development objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a measurable growth marketing strategy aligned with company objectives
- Plan and manage content marketing, paid and organic social media, SEO, and email campaigns
- Manage the agency’s online presence, ensuring consistent brand tone and visual identity
- Develop events and sponsorship opportunities within target markets
- Work with internal teams to produce compelling case studies, campaigns, and thought leadership content
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise ROI
- Collaborate closely with business development to nurture leads through the marketing funnel
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend across channels
Experience
You’re an experienced marketing professional who combines creativity with analytical thinking. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and are confident managing campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Proven track record in growth or digital marketing, ideally within a creative, agency, or B2B environment
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing and customer acquisition strategies
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently part-time
Remuneration
Part-time, 3 days per week (1 day in the office/2 remote). Available on either a permanent basis or a 6-12 month FTC initially.
