About the Company
We are working exclusively with a highly respected business to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Starting October 2025, this role offers the chance to take ownership of varied digital campaigns, drive engagement across multiple channels, and support internal communications within a busy, forward-thinking environment. This position is based in Birmingham with occasional travel.
Description
Working as part of a small but perfectly formed marketing team, you will be responsible for:
- Plan, deliver, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and paid channels.
- Oversee website content, maintain SEO best practices, and monitor performance using analytics tools.
- Support internal communications, CSR activity, and intranet updates.
- Liase with and manage external agency relationships (PPC, SEO, and web development specialists).
- Manage paid social media activity (LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter), including targeting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Produce engaging written and visual content for social platforms (using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Use project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) to coordinate content schedules and campaigns.
Experience
To be considered for this position, you will ideally have experience in the following:
- Essential: Previous experience in a digital marketing role (B2B/B2C).
- Strong track record in paid social campaigns.
- Confident with CMS platforms, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Excellent written communication skills, with ability to create visual content.
- Desirable: Experience in managing agencies or ideally working agency side.
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (ideally HubSpot).
- Experience with internal communications or intranet management.
Remuneration
Excellent benefits, including generous annual leave, pension, healthcare support, and wellbeing initiatives. £34-36k depending on experience.
