About the Company

Do you thrive in a creative environment, but have had it with the politics, the egos and the lack of ambition in some agencies? Looking to work for an agency with a different approach, ethos and a genuine passion for delivering the highest quality of work? We’ve got just the agency and role for you!

Description

As a Designer within the team, you will take designs from concept stage all the way through to execution, across both print and digital campaigns. Expect to get involved in brainstorming sessions and work collaboratively with the Creative Director and Art Director. A typical week will include concepting, building decks, finessing a key visual and getting stuck into a Figma prototype. The work is broad and you’ll be managing and executing multiple projects at any one time, working across a range of clients in the B2C and B2B space.

Experience

To be considered for the role of Designer within this specific agency, you’ll need to be a real all-rounder. That doesn’t mean a jack-of-all-trades though. It means someone with depth across the core pillars of brand, campaign and digital design. You’ll be sharp on craft (type, layout, colour), confident across print and digital and able to think strategically. Taking feedback well, and knowing how to land ideas that punch!

You’ll be able to present to your peers and clients alike and your portfolio will be full of real campaigns, not just nice visuals. You’ll be able to show the problem solved, the role you played and how it performed. Your work will be bold and distinctive and have a human punch, rather than a cliché and be varied across both clients worked on and channels spanning print and digital.

Remuneration

Working at this agency, you can expect to work with some extremely talented folk! You’ll also get the chance to work on some brilliant accounts and have a voice in how creative is delivered. Salary on offer is up to £40,000 for the right person. 2 days a week in the office in Warwickshire.
