- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Provide the Managing Director with regular updates, insights, and recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement in client service processes and delivery standards.
- Ensure client retention and account growth through excellent service and strategic input.
- A strong agency background with experience in a senior client services role or someone at Senior Account Manager level, ready to step up.
- Experience working across B2B accounts.
- Experience in digital campaign delivery and the reviewing of analytics/results.
- Excellent project management experience.
- Able to spin multiple plates and work at pace; this is a hands-on role delivering projects and campaigns.
