About the Company
We\’re delighted to be working with an award winning creative agency, to recruit a super organised and highly skilled Creative Services Manager into their growing team.
They’re growing fast, which means they’re on the hunt for a super organised pro, to help keep all the moving parts — studio, digital, and client services — running like clockwork.
You’ll be right in the thick of it, partnering with creative lead, and juggling multiple streams of work (branding, campaigns, websites, socials, paid media, film, animation – you name it), and making sure everything is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Description
Day to day, you\’ll be responsible for:
- Own the briefing and traffic process — you’ll be the person who knows what’s going on, who’s doing what, and when it’s due.
- Keep client services and delivery teams in the loop, spotting potential conflicts before they become issues.
- Match the right creatives and channel specialists to the right projects — you’ll know who’s brilliant at what.
- Work with the Creative Lead on resource planning, team development, and building a solid freelance roster.
- Lead the charge on project management systems and process improvements (they’re looking for someone who can keep things slick and efficient).
- Chair weekly resourcing meetings, report on utilisation, and generally make sure the studio is working at its best.
- Liaise with suppliers and freelancers when extra support is needed.
Experience
- Someone who’s thrived in a creative or digital agency environment and gets how fast things move.
- Strong experience in creative services / traffic / studio management.
- Knowledge of creative and digital processes — from branding to campaigns to web.
- A people person with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage up, down, and sideways.
- Calm under pressure, positive in outlook, and always solution-oriented.
- Bonus points if you love a new workflow hack or shiny project management tool.
