Description
Reporting into the agency Account Director, as Creative Production Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the production schedule and workflow for a team of designers/animators and a social media manager
- Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, including video, animation, social campaigns, and print work (flyers, brochures, etc.)
- Quoting and estimating projects based on briefs
- Managing timelines and workload across the studio
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients to ensure clear communication and confidence throughout projects
- Making sure the team has clear briefs and everything they need to deliver work efficiently
Experience
We are looking for someone highly organised, confident in managing creative teams, commercially aware when quoting work, and comfortable working in a busy agency environment where priorities can shift quickly. You will need to have agency side experience and a solid understanding of creative production processes...and be super organised!
Remuneration
£35-40k depending on experience. Hybrid working - predominantly remote with occasional days each month in their Warwickshire office.
