They are now looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive into their growing head office team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative marketing team and play a key role in driving measurable digital growth across multiple brands.
Description
- Managing and optimising multiple websites to improve user experience and conversion rates
- Supporting website migration to a centralised CMS platform
- Delivering and optimising digital lead generation campaigns across web, email, and paid channels
- Collaborating with external agencies to maximise SEO and PPC performance
- Planning and executing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and performance tracking
- Managing social media activity for selected brands, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement
- Monitoring digital performance and producing insight-driven reports
- Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support business objectives
Experience
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role with hands-on website management
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimisation
- Experience working with SEO and PPC, either directly or via agencies
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Experience planning and delivering email marketing campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Ideally experience additionally in the following:
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Drupal)
- Knowledge of A/B testing and optimisation techniques
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Understanding of marketing automation and customer journeys
Remuneration
- Salary of £26,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
