As a PR Account Executive, you'll support the delivery of creative PR campaigns across a varied client portfolio, helping to build strong relationships with journalists, clients and colleagues alike. You'll be involved in every stage of campaign delivery, giving you exposure to a broad range of PR activities and plenty of opportunity to develop your skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Writing engaging press releases, articles and social media content
- Building relationships with journalists and securing media coverage
- Supporting social media activity, including creating content and filming simple video content for clients
- Researching ideas and contributing creative campaign concepts
- Supporting events, awards and influencer activity
- Assisting with new business opportunities and pitches
No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to accelerate their PR career.
We're looking for someone with some PR experience, either agency or in-house, who enjoys writing and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll ideally have:
- Strong writing skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience creating content for social media
- Confidence communicating with clients, journalists and colleagues
- A proactive, positive attitude and plenty of energy
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- A genuine interest in PR, media and current affairs
Sector experience isn’t essential. Personality, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important.
