This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex programmes, building strong client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.

Description

Working as the key client-facing delivery lead, you'll coordinate around 15 projects each year, managing multiple live sites simultaneously while collaborating with designers, technical specialists, contractors and consultants. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects progress smoothly from concept through to completion, maintaining programme momentum while balancing commercial performance with outstanding client service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project delivery.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary internal teams alongside external contractors and consultants.
  • Monitoring project programmes, budgets, resources and commercial performance.
  • Managing contract administration, site reporting, variations and project documentation.
  • Leading project meetings and ensuring actions are followed through.
  • Supporting the delivery of creative design solutions through to site implementation.
  • Ensuring projects comply with current Health & Safety and CDM requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and programme efficiency.

Experience

You'll be a highly organised Project Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment where no two days are the same. We're looking for someone with:

  • At least five years' experience in Project Management or Design Management (within the built environment or interior design).
  • Experience delivering hospitality, leisure, retail or commercial interior projects.
  • A solid understanding of construction processes, technical drawings and UK building regulations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work directly with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • A commercially aware approach with strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to sites across the UK.

Remuneration

Salary of circa £50,000–£55,000 depending on experience. Car allowance. Hybrid working, based from a Midlands office with regular UK travel.
