Description
- As Account Director, you will lead integrated campaign strategy and delivery for a key agency client.
- A key part of the role is running two major seasonal campaign workflows, including art direction, pre-production, shoot management, post-production, digital/social asset creation, and delivery of supporting activation materials.
- You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, helping shape brand direction.
- The environment is fast-paced, with high expectations and tight timeframes, so the ability to guide teams through intense periods of delivery is essential.
- Lead strategy and execution of fully integrated campaigns across multiple channels and disciplines.
- Manage end-to-end seasonal workflows, ensuring cohesive delivery across creative, production, digital, social, and activation outputs.
- Partner closely with senior client stakeholders, providing strategic counsel and insight.
- Guide the development of digital/social content and trade/consumer assets.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Build trusted relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Lead, motivate, and support account teams during high-pressure delivery cycles.
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, scopes, and commercial performance of your accounts.
Experience
- Experience as an Account Director within an integrated or full-service marketing agency.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-discipline campaigns from concept through to activation.
- Comfortable leading high-volume production workflows, including shoots and content creation.
- Confident working with senior clients and cross-functional teams.
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and skilled at navigating complex delivery environments.
- A collaborative leader who inspires teams, builds trust, and leads by example.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and scopes.
Remuneration
- Β£48-50k depending on experience
