This established and award-winning agency has been on a huge growth trajectory over the last 12 months. With multiple new account wins under their belt, they are now on the lookout for a superstar PR Account Manager (or Senior Account Manager) to join their awesome team with B2B expertise and top-notch client management skills.
In your role as Account Manager/Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the day-to-day lead on a number of key B2B accounts. You’ll need to love getting your head around complex topics and be highly skilled in transforming technical information into engaging content for your target audience, whilst keeping your clients updated with regular communications.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Building fantastic relationships with your clients, liaising with them regularly and becoming a trusted advisor
- Delivering effective communications strategies and content plans for your clients
- Writing gripping content for press releases, blogs, white papers, social media, and much more
- Constantly building on your existing media network and pitching stories to journalists to secure top coverage
- Creating social content, tailored to each platform and each client's brand
- Mentoring more junior members of your team and overseeing their workload
Experience
In order to be considered for this B2B PR AM/SAM position, you must be able to demonstrate:
- At least 3 years in PR, with proven agency-side experience
- Expertise across PR within B2B sectors is a must
- Amazing client management and relationship building skills
- Confidence presenting to clients and pitching to journalists
- An impressive track record of media coverage
- Experience in social media management
- Brilliant project and people management capabilities
Remuneration: £33-40k+ depending on experience, hybrid working (Tuesday and Thursday in the office)
