We are seeking an

Account Executive to lead business growth in the specialized diagnostic testing space, targeting high-value specialty practices—including dermatology, plastic surgery, and other niche clinics.

This role requires a collaborative approach, partnering closely with cross-functional field teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.

The territory includes

Western Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Westchester County, and the Bronx, NY .

Compensation

  • Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr
  • Additional compensation types: Commission

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a targeted sales plan that includes pre-call preparation, post-call follow-up, and continuous account development.
  • Identify, cultivate, and close new business within assigned markets.
  • Provide strategic guidance and ongoing support to new and existing clients.
  • Expand test utilization through optimized insurance coverage and payer relationships.
  • Partner with internal teams—marketing, laboratory operations, and data analytics—to maximize territory performance.
  • Present connectivity solutions tailored to client workflows.
  • Stay current on market trends in dermatology, melanoma, and related specialties.
  • Collaborate with pathology and oncology teams to align cross-specialty initiatives.
  • Offer operational efficiency solutions, including improvements for MIPS and TC/PC processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in healthcare, laboratory, diagnostic, or pharmaceutical sales.
  • At least 3 years in dermatology diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or a related specialty; experience in precision medicine is a plus.
  • Strong medical/scientific acumen with working knowledge of genetics and molecular diagnostics.
  • Proven track record managing large, complex accounts.
