As an essential part of our support team, you will engage with Finnish-speaking players, ensuring they have an outstanding gaming experience.
Your responsibilities will involve addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and providing valuable information regarding our games and services. If you are enthusiastic, communicative, and dedicated to helping others, this role is perfect for you. With our relocation assistance, moving to Malta will be a breeze!
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone
- Timely and effectively resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Guide customers through our gaming offerings and services to enhance their enjoyment
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to maintain high-quality service
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system accurately
- Collect feedback from customers and use it to suggest service improvements
- Participate in training sessions to continually develop your product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Able to multitask and excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support systems is advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new culture
- A keen interest in gaming and understanding of the iGaming industry is a significant asset
