Overview
Danish Speaking Bank Customer Service Representative in Malta. This role is designed for individuals with a strong sales background and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist customers with their banking needs while promoting a variety of financial products.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries about banking products and services in both Danish and English
- Utilize your sales skills to identify customer needs and recommend tailored financial solutions
- Assist clients with account openings, transactions, and general inquiries related to banking services
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed company sales goals
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions to ensure high satisfaction levels

Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
- A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a banking or sales environment
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a dynamic new environment
