HSB (UK and Ireland) is seeking a Claims Handler to manage structural warranty claims within delegated authority. You will be the primary contact for policyholders, guiding them through the claims lifecycle with a focus on fair, timely outcomes.
You will work with the Claims Team Leaders, Head of Claims and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer service, while adhering to FCA regulations and internal procedures. Hybrid working is supported.
