Location: Sheldon, Birmingham

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (office-based)

I’m currently supporting a well-established logistics business that is looking to add a European Road Freight Forwarder to their growing operations team. The Role of Freight Forwarder

You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end European road freight movements, ensuring shipments run smoothly from initial booking through to final delivery.

  • Coordinating European road freight shipments (import/export)
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and transport partners
  • Managing documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Monitoring shipments and resolving any issues proactively
  • Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
