ROLE

  • Undertake secretarial work as requested including typing, photocopying and correspondence.
  • Assist with file management including openings, closures and reviews.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and diary entries.
  • Maintain correct storage and retrieval of documents.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Dictation and audio typing skills.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • IT Literate, role will involve Outlook email, calendar and WORD.
