Role: Secretary Location: Redditch Type: Full Time Permanent Salary Exp: £23,000 – £24,000 Hours of work: 8:50 – 17:00 Monday to Friday 1 hour unpaid lunch break ROLE * To respond to all enquiries made by answering incoming calls and emails. * To ensure the client is signposted to the most appropriate person to deal with their enquiry in a timely, courteous and professional manner. * To undertake all work of a secretarial nature including typing, word processing, photocopying, making and taking phone calls. * To assist in the collection and taking of incoming/outgoing mail and to ensure post is franked daily.
