Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
- Processing and managing orders on internal systems
- Tracking jobs and keeping customers updated on progress
- Liaising with carriers, subcontractors, warehouse, and internal departments
- Managing documentation including PODs, purchase orders, and job files
- Supporting accurate and timely invoicing by ensuring job completion and system updates
- Handling customer queries, complaints, and invoice issues
- Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets, and system data
About You:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities
- Able to prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure
- High attention to detail with a data-driven approach
- Confident working across multiple systems (MS Office essential)
- Experience in customer service and administration roles
- Knowledge of transport or freight forwarding is advantageous
