Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week, Hybrid (1 day WFH)

About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced Product Developer with a strong technical background. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in textiles, compliance, and innovation will directly impact product performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & manage the full product lifecycle.
  • Conduct research on fabrics, materials, treatments, and emerging market trends.
  • Prepare technical specifications and certification documentation.
  • Work with factories and testing partners to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support product launches.
  • Monitor industry standards and ensure products meet relevant EN/ISO certifications.

Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of relevant standards (EN ISO 20471, EN343, ISO 13688, RIS 3279).
  • Strong technical skills in textiles, fabric testing, and garment development.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar for technical flats.
  • Familiarity with global supply chains and regulatory environments.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
