About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced Product Developer with a strong technical background. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in textiles, compliance, and innovation will directly impact product performance and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & manage the full product lifecycle.
- Conduct research on fabrics, materials, treatments, and emerging market trends.
- Prepare technical specifications and certification documentation.
- Work with factories and testing partners to ensure compliance and quality.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support product launches.
- Monitor industry standards and ensure products meet relevant EN/ISO certifications.
Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of relevant standards (EN ISO 20471, EN343, ISO 13688, RIS 3279).
- Strong technical skills in textiles, fabric testing, and garment development.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar for technical flats.
- Familiarity with global supply chains and regulatory environments.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
