Salary: £36,000 on days for three months’ probation/training, £39,000 on nights with shift allowance

We’re looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You’ll be setting, operating and maintaining machines, keeping production running smoothly while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Duties of the Role:
- Setting and running injection moulding machines
- Installing/removing mould tools
- Troubleshooting production issues
- Carrying out routine maintenance
- Supporting TPM and continuous improvement
- Maintaining 5S and good housekeeping
- Running new tool trials
- Working closely with engineers and quality teams
- Ensuring smooth shift handovers
Desired Experience:
- Strong mould tool knowledge
- Experience with Fanuc robots
- Twin-shot / Borche machine experience (advantageous)
- Familiar with engineering polymers
- Good mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Team player with solid communication
- Strong health & safety awareness
