We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing precision engineering manufacturer, operating within highly regulated sectors. Due to continued growth and investment, our client is seeking a French Speaking Sales Executive to join their expanding commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual to develop their career within a specialist and technically focused environment.

Reporting directly to the Export Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing both existing and new customer accounts within French-speaking markets. This is a key position within the sales team, requiring a proactive approach to business development and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed KPI targets including sales revenue, customer engagement, and new account generation
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and internal processes
  • Proactively generate new business and re-engage dormant accounts
  • Attend industry exhibitions and visit customers where required
  • Identify and develop new markets and commercial opportunities
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Work collaboratively across departments to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Ensure all sales activity aligns with company margin expectations
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

Experience Needed:

  • Fluent in French (essential)
  • Strong understanding of French business culture and working practices
  • Previous sales experience
  • Highly motivated with strong drive and determination
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Full UK driving licence
