Next Generation have been appointed to recruit for a Facilities Engineer to work for a well-established manufacturing business who supply into multiple industries. Based in Tewkesbury the Facilities Engineer will be responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all site facilities, infrastructure, and utility systems across the manufacturing environment.
Duties of the Facilities Engineer:
- Lead the day-to-day management and maintenance of all site facilities, infrastructure, and utility systems including electrical distribution, compressed air, extraction systems, HVAC, chilled water systems, effluent treatment, and process support equipment.
- Develop and manage preventative and predictive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and ensure operational reliability across the facility.
- Support the continuous improvement of site infrastructure, utilities efficiency, energy management, and environmental performance.
