Due to continued growth Next Generation are currently recruiting for a Expeditor to work with a global leading manufacturer based in Wolverhampton. As the Expeditor you will be responsible for expediting all orders to an agreed delivery date making sure customer satisfaction is achieved. What’s on offer for the successful Expeditor: * 34 days holiday (including bank holidays) * Employee Assistance Programme * Free parking * Free uniform * Free drinks * Pension Scheme * Death in service x2 annual salary * Staff referral programme * Development opportunities Duties of the Expeditor * Actioning the ‘purchase order outstanding report’ * Take necessary action on processing of orders to ensuring stock availability. * Action ‘sales orders due’ reports daily after receipt from sales. * Work closely with purchasing and sales reacting appropriately to market/customer information * Liaise daily via email with goods-in team to ensure urgent items are highlighted for booking in at point of delivery The successful candidate for the Expeditors position will have the following experience: * 3 – 5 years’ experience within a expediting role is (Essential). * Experience working with precision machined components (Desirable) * You will be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written to be able to communicate and build good relationships.
