We are currently recruiting for a Data Administrator to join a well-established and growing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative or data handling experience who is looking to develop their career within a data-focused role.
This position plays a key role in supporting business operations through accurate data management, reporting, and close collaboration with both customers and internal teams.
The Role
- Providing a high level of customer service via email and phone
- Responding to customer queries and resolving issues through data analysis and system reporting
- Generating reports and extracting data from internal systems
- Maintaining and updating customer data within CRM platforms
- Analysing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow
- Supporting stock updates and data processing in partnership with customers
- Managing your own workload to meet deadlines and team objectives
About You
- We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and confident working with data in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in data entry, administration, or data handling
