We are currently recruiting for a Client Support Specialist to join a well-established business based in Redditch. We are looking for an individual who has a strong telephone manner and who enjoys working within a fast-paced, varied role. We’re seeking resilient, results-driven & solution-oriented individuals. This role requires someone who’s confident under pressure, skilled at handling objections, and capable of navigating challenging conversations with professionalism and persistence. Duties Will Include:

  • Contact businesses via telephone.
  • Responding to incoming emails.
  • Sending out letters to clients.
  • Providing high levels of customer service.
  • Ensuring clients are consistently updated with accurate information.
  • Updating the database with high levels of accuracy.

Experience Required:

  • Strong telephone manner
  • Experience within a similar role that often requires empathy along with objection handling.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills – both written and oral
  • Excellent organisational skills
