Working Hours: 7.30am - 4.30pm
Duties will include:
- Working within the Plant Control team to coordinate plant requirements.
- Liaising with site and contracts managers to ensure effective productivity.
- Coordinate and prepare weekly gas oil and diesel for plant and machinery across regional sites.
- Work with suppliers to secure the best possible rates, ensuring service levels meet business requirements.
- Coordinate site requirements under hire desk, ensuring business processes are followed.
- General administration and office duties to support the Plant department.
The Successful Applicant will:
- Experience with working within a Plant/Construction department would be highly advantageous.
- Previous Scheduling/Service Administrative experience.
- Be proficient with MS Office software (Word, Excel).
