ROLE
- Undertake secretarial work as requested including typing, photocopying and correspondence.
- Assist with file management including openings, closures and reviews.
- Manage appointment scheduling and diary entries.
- Maintain correct storage and retrieval of documents.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Dictation and audio typing skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- IT Literate, role will involve Outlook email, calendar and WORD.
