This is a fantastic Sales Office Manager opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales, Technical Sales or Sales Office professional who is looking to take responsibility for both customers and a small internal sales function. The role would suit someone with a combination of engineering knowledge, internal sales experience and people management skills. The successful candidate will become a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and supporting the wider sales team. The Role of Sales Office Manager: Acting as the main point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email. Preparing quotations and processing customer orders. Handling technical customer enquiries relating to engineering products. Providing a high level of customer service and technical support. Overseeing and supporting junior members of the internal sales team. Working closely with external sales colleagues and other departments. Managing multiple enquiries and priorities within a busy office environment. Taking responsibility for office supplies, stationery, petty cash and general administration. Ensuring customer enquiries and orders are dealt with accurately and within agreed timescales. Helping develop and maintain an efficient and professional sales office function. Skills
