Duties Will Include:
- Contact businesses via telephone.
- Responding to incoming emails.
- Sending out letters to clients.
- Providing high levels of customer service.
- Ensuring clients are consistently updated with accurate information.
- Updating the database with high levels of accuracy.
Experience Required:
- Strong telephone manner.
- Experience within a similar role that often requires empathy along with objection handling.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good communication skills both written and oral.
- Excellent organisational skills.
