Due to continued growth, I am currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work with a well-established engineering company based near Halesowen. As the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for covering hydraulic presses along with other plant machinery.
Duties of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:
- Work in a safe and responsible manner.
- Time keeping / attendance.
- Maintenance of Press both preventive and reactive.
- Timely response to all reactive breakdowns.
- Flexibility to work around production requirements.
- Critical spares stock.
- Reliability of press improvement projects.
- Hydraulic system servicing and monitoring.
- Engineering support across site.
- Maintenance of other equipment within the department.
Skills and Experience needed:
- 2 - 5 years experience working with Hydraulic presses (Essential)
- Experience in updating and maintaining Maintenance systems (Essential)
- Strong Administration skills (Essential)
