Due to continued growth Next Generation are currently recruiting for an Certification Engineer to work with a global leading manufacturer supplying into the Power Generation industry. As the Certification Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring that the products manufactured and supplied are certified to and conform with the customer purchase order, drawing and/or any other customer requirements.
Duties of the Certification Engineer: Reading and comprehending national, international and customer specifications and standards Checking and approving incoming raw material and fastener certification in various material grades Compiling certification packs Compiling API certification packs Liaising directly with suppliers and customers Maintaining up to date standards libraries Scanning and filing of approved supplier certification Filing of supplier heat treatment and plating reports Scanning certification packs Maintaining the daily despatch list and liaising with the Despatch department with regards to the priorities within the list.
The successful candidate for the Certification Engineers position will have the following experience: Good level of education and communication skills Excellent drive and determination Ability to work on ones own initiative to achieve targets set Experience in Microsoft business packages
