As a Racquets Manager you will lead and manage a team of coaches including our Padel, Tennis and Pickleball professionals, and be responsible for the delivery of the racquets programme across the club, giving our members an exceptional experience every day.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Padel, Tennis, and Pickleball coaches.
  • Oversee delivery of the racquets programme across the club.
  • Ensure members receive an exceptional experience daily.

Qualifications

  • L3 LTA or above and accreditation or a national governing body qualification.
  • Passion for health and fitness and supporting others to achieve their goals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter who takes pride in delivering a great quality experience to members.
