Overview
Narborough – Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group is seeking a passionate Lifeguard to join our team.
With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, Lifeguards play a vital role in poolside safety and ensuring members have a great experience.
You will ensure pool areas comply with Health and Safety requirements, conduct pool tests in line with company guidelines, and maintain documentation accurately at all times.

Responsibilities
- Oversee poolside safety and actively monitor pool areas to ensure member safety.
- Conduct pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements in all pool areas.
- Provide excellent member service and respond to customer needs and safety concerns.
Qualifications
- Must hold an NPLQ qualification to apply.
- Passion for health and fitness.
- Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
