We are on the lookout for a passionate Reception Supervisor to join our team! As Reception Supervisor you will act as Duty Manager in leading the Reception team to welcome our members and providing a premium experience.
Working alongside the management team, you will lead and mentor the Reception team to provide service excellence to all of our members whether this is face to face, or through telephone queries. We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging, an environment where they can thrive, both physically and mentally whilst fulfilling their full potential.
