We are on the look out for a passionate Lifeguard to join our team!
With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience.
We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging, an environment where they can thrive, both physically and mentally whilst fulfilling their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Ensure pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements.
- Conduct pool tests in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation at all times.
- Provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all members at the pool.
Qualifications
- Must hold an NPLQ qualification.
- Have a passion for all things health and fitness.
- Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
- Team player, happy to share knowledge and best practice.
