We are Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group seeking a passionate Swimming Teacher to join our team.
As a Swim Instructor, you will engage, coach and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals in one-to-one or group sessions.

Responsibilities
- Engage, coach and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals in one-to-one or group sessions.
- Deliver high-quality swimming instruction that supports progression and safety.
- Create an inclusive, welcoming environment and maintain professional standards during all sessions.
- Monitor member progress, provide constructive feedback and adapt coaching methods to individual needs.
- Collaborate with other team members to promote a positive club culture.
Qualifications
- Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent to apply.
- Passion for health and fitness with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
