In this role you will act as Duty Manager, ensuring smooth operation of the club and that day‑to‑day health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to.
You will lead a team, train staff in line with company expectations, and manage a team of self‑employed contractors.
Responsibilities
- Act as Duty Manager for the club.
- Ensure day‑to‑day health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to.
- Lead, train, and manage staff and self‑employed contractors.
- Maintain the maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
Qualifications
- IOSH / NEBOSH or other recognised H&S qualification.
- Relevant Facilities Management Qualification (HND, Diploma, etc).
- Strong understanding and experience of Health and Safety regulations.
- Experience managing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility.
- Experience managing a team in a service‑led facility (e. g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
- Passionate about customer service.
