As a qualified Family Activity Supervisor, you will lead your team to deliver the children’s activities with structure and enthusiasm whilst encouraging the maximum participation of the children.
Delivering the club's children’s activity programmes including: Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes and children’s parties. We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging, an environment where they can thrive, both physically and mentally whilst fulfilling their full potential.
Responsibilities- Deliver the club’s children’s activity programmes including the Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes, and children’s parties.
- Lead your team to deliver children’s activities with structure and enthusiasm while encouraging maximum participation.
- Ensure that all services delivered to children meet all requirements of the Children’s Safety Guide at all times.
- Qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare or sports coaching discipline.
- Ability to lead and manage a group of children with confidence and energy.
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service.
- Overall strong communication and interaction skills.
