Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate Operations Manager to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. In this role you will lead and operate a successful DL Club, act as the Duty Manager on a daily basis, and ensure our members enjoy an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the club.
• Act as Duty Manager, supervising staff and handling operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and other regulatory requirements.
• Maximise member experience and satisfaction.
• Foster a sense of belonging and a supportive environment for staff.

Qualifications

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable departments.
• Experience in financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.
• Ability to help create a thriving and inclusive culture.
