OVERVIEW

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Translating complex ideas into impactful visuals and turning strategy, insight and rough content into clear, visually compelling pitch decks.
  • Working to client and internal brand guidelines (and adapting them when relevant).
  • Applying composition, typography and layout principles to create structured, engaging slides.
  • Shaping narrative flow and pacing; understanding how a story builds across a deck.
  • Visualising the right information for different audiences and stakeholders, knowing what will resonate and stick.
  • Image sourcing and manipulation to suit specific aesthetics.
  • Building and working within grid systems and templates to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Finessing every detail, from hierarchy and alignment to spacing and typographic precision.
  • Collaborating with strategists, creatives and account teams to elevate ideas.
  • Working across multiple projects, often to tight deadlines, without compromising on craft.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years agency experience, ideally within sports.
  • Experience designing across multiple disciplines and channels, including strong presentation or pitch design.
  • Proficient in Google Slides, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience of Midjourney and Adobe Firefly a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, information design and storytelling through design.
  • Ability to tailor visual communication to different audiences and stakeholder needs.
  • Excellent attention to detail, from overall composition to the smallest typographic decisions.
  • Confident working across multiple projects and managing time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines and contributing to their evolution.
  • Interest in branding, identity systems and culture-led work and a passion for sports, music and entertainment recommended!
