OVERVIEW
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Working closely with the Design Director, Design Leads and Senior Designers to create and roll out design solutions
- Helping develop campaign identities, branding, look and feel, and brand identities for both new and existing clients
- Creating work from scratch, working from brand guidelines, or challenging and evolving brand assets
- Working on multiple design projects from brief through to completion for both internal and external audiences
- Visualising and mocking up design work across a range of applications including social, web, OOH, branded environments and livery
- Formatting design deliverables for a range of applications including social media, digital infographics and toolkits
- Presenting your work to colleagues and internal teams
- Becoming a brand guardian for client brands
- Designing internal comms and becoming a brand guardian for THE·TEAM brand.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years agency experience, ideally within sports
- Experience in designing for multiple disciplines and channels including branding, web, social, print, and OOH
- Excellent visualisation skills for creating key visuals and mock-ups
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat Pro)
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides and Keynote
- Good working knowledge of Figma an advantage
- Experience of Midjourney and Adobe Firefly a bonus
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation skills and able to work within timeframes
- Able to build strong relationships, work with initiative and take verbal direction
- A good understanding of designing within brand guidelines
- Agility to be involved in projects of all types and timeframes from either a design conceptualisation point or simply to provide support at a campaign’s art-working stage
- Good understanding of the print production process
- Aware of emerging technologies and trends, with a commitment to staying on top of them
- A passion for sports, music and entertainment recommended!
