Next Gen Group is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take full ownership of a facade re-cladding project in South London, from mobilisation through to handover. You will coordinate trades, design info and procurement on a live, occupied building, acting as the single point of accountability on site.
You'll work closely with the Contracts Manager, Design Manager and Commercial Manager, ensuring safety, quality and programme milestones are met while proactively managing resident impact.
